How to Prepare for a Hydrafacial

For 3-5 days post-treatment, avoid products with vitamin A and keep your skin moisturised with regular application. Practice strict sun avoidance and use SPF 50 daily. Refrain from heat-inducing activities like intense exercise, hot showers, and steam rooms for 48 hours. Avoid other skin treatments, including laser, needling, and injectables. Do not wax the face for 2 weeks. After 5 days, continue using active cosmeceutical ingredients to maintain results and support skin health.
