How Does Clear and Brilliant Laser Work?
Clear and Brilliant is a non-ablative fractionated laser treatment utilising the 1440 nm and 1927 nm wavelength, targeting water in the skin to coagulate skin tissue, creating millions of microscopic treatment zones in the skin without disrupting the skin barrier. This then sends the skin into the natural wound healing response, triggering dermal remodelling and new collagen production.

What to Expect During Your Appointment
Upon arrival, you’ll be asked to fill out a consultation form, which will include questions about your skin type, medical conditions, any skin concerns you may have, and previous treatments, etc.
One of our Dermal Clinicians will then have a private discussion with you to determine your main skin concerns and desired treatment outcomes. They’ll suggest a tailored plan and discuss the details of the Clear and Brilliant laser treatment, including pre and post-care.

Clear + Brilliant is a gentle, non-ablative laser treatment with minimal downtime involved. The most common side effects experienced from Clear & Brilliant are:
- Mild to moderate redness, which usually resolves within 4-6 hours.
- Swelling usually occurs the morning after treatment and subsides once aftercare is applied.
- Your skin may feel dry with a slightly ‘sandpaper’ like texture for a few days post-procedure.
- Your Dermal Clinician will advise you on any post-treatment requirements and aftercare recommendations with you prior to commencing your laser sessions.
