Excel® V+ is the latest in laser device for vascular and pigmentation treatments.
With two clinically proven wavelengths 532nm and 1064nm, the Excel® V+ Global Treatment can treat more than 20 different types of skin discolouration and vascular conditions including sun spots, age spots, rosacea, poikiloderma of civatte, facial veins, leg veins, acne scars, port-wine stains, cherry angiomas, scars and more.
Excel® V+ Dermastat Treatment
Taking precision to the next level, the pencil-like Dermastat handpiece utilises a 532nm wavelength at a tiny 2mm spot size to target small vascular and pigmented lesions. Perfect for pesky areas such as corners of the nose.
Excel® V+ Genesis V
Genesis V is an innovative, technologically advanced way to treat fine lines and wrinkles, facial redness and superficial hyperpigmentation such as melasma.
The excel® V+ laser works by administering a unique high power green laser that is absorbed by the abnormal blood vessels in the skin. The laser heats the abnormal vessels causing the vein walls to collapse and seal shut.
During your treatment there is minimal sensation, however some clients explain a small zapping sensation. The hand-piece contains a sapphire cooling tip which will be in contact with your skin to provide additional comfort to the areas being treated.
Unfortunately, there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to skin health. Clinical studies have seen results in as little as three treatments. Your clinician will guide you in the right direction in your initial consultation.
The most common side effects include mild swelling and redness or bruising, which lasts only a short time.
