Director Annette Harman established her business to help people transform their lives through beauty delivering life changing results. She has more than 25 years experience in the industry, with a Bachelor of Health Science and having worked alongside renowned plastic surgeons in Australia. As a young single parent Annette was determined and motivated to create a better life for her kids. Having started out needing enough money to support her family, now she is the driving force behind the multiple award winning Vitality Laser and Skin Clinic
Tell us about the clinic.
advanced world-leading technology proven to deliver the best results including luxurious spa and beauty treatments performed by our talented beauty therapists. We specialise in laser, laser hair removal, injectables, nonsurgical cosmetic treatments for dermatological disorders or diseases including acne, inflammatory conditions, photo-damage, ageing, eczema and psoriasis. Over the years these salons have collected dozens of national awards. The new clinic has already won 2017 Australian Beauty Industry Award (ABIA) Salon of the Year, Australian Therapist of the Year, 2018 Geelong Business Excellence Award and 2018 Pevonia Australian Salon of the Year.

What do you attribute to your success?
There is continuous education and training, each staff member is tertiary educated. therefore keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
How does Vitality tailor the skincare experience for each customer?
Personalising the experience for each client is one of the cornerstones of the clinic’s philosophies. Everyone’s skin is different, therefore we start a conversation tailored to the individual’s concerns. We have invested in the latest technology, the first in Geelong to have the new seventh generation VISIA Complexion Analysis System looking 2mm below the skin surface, something you cannot detect looking in the mirror. From the computer analysis we offer a treatment program including a homecare regime that is specific to each client’s requirements. The clinic offers a wide range of medical skin care and cosmeceuticals including Cosmedix Elite, Cosmedix, Aspect Dr, Societe, Ultraceuticals, Ultraceuticals MD (physician only), Pevonia, Eles, Youngblood Mineral Make-up, Tuscan Tan, Eco Tan and Miss Vitality
What does the team love most about what it does?
